A History of Some American Causeys

INTRODUCTION

With this Post I begin a series of presentations updating my previous book relating the history of the Causey Clans in America. This book will remain officially unpublished and may be freely used for you to download and extract whatever information and/or documentation you may find useful. I have tried hard to give credit to those researchers who have gone before as well as to document sources of my own research. I’m sure you will find broken links and less than perfect proofing of the book. Hopefully you will provide me feedback to make necessary corrections.

Respectfully Submitted,

Windle Ray Causey

This is really awesome to see! My maiden name is Causey and in high school I did a genealogy project for my history class. The Causey side of my family are mostly Louisianans but I traced the lineage all the way to France and Ireland (I can’t remember years anymore but it was pretty far back). It’s so cool to see all this work into the name and family line available publicly! Thank you for doing this!!!

    1. Thanks for the kind words Emily. wrc

  2. Everything is very open with a clear description of the challenges. It was truly informative. Your site is useful. Many thanks for sharing!
