Thanks for your continuing excellent work on the Jamestown coonection, and for sharing it.
I haven’t finished studying this latest post, but found a sentence that puzzled me.
It is possible, even probable that this John Cawsey/Causey, son of Nathaniel, which we shall label as John Causey-I born not later than say 1613, probably earlier in Lancashire, England
Since Nathaniel and wife Thomasine were both in Virginia by 1609, how could John Causey-I have been born in Lancashire as late as 1613? The 1613 or earlier birthdate tracks since John-I had to be 21 years old to convey property, but doesn’t that mean he must have been born in Virginia?

Omer, I just noticed your comment on John-I’s birth. To clarify, the latest date of his birth was 1613. He was probably born ten or more years earlier, maybe in Lancashire. ..ray
